Making a mold is the first step in the production of a car body, which means that in order to make each car body, it is necessary to assemble the separate parts of that car, and in order to produce these parts, specific molds are needed for each part, which according to the size of the parts Big and small molds are designed and made. It should be noted that car body molds are divided into different sizes and weights, which are G1, G2, G3, G4, G5, in which G1 is the largest and G5 is the smallest. Bending, cutting, drilling and stretching operations are performed on metal sheets by these molds. It has not been long since the beginning of serious activity in the field of making large molds (car body parts molds) in Iran (22 years ago until now).
